Matthew Rich | Shareholder | Attorney
Matt concentrates his practice on transactional real estate matters.
Matt advises his clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions and provides consulting services on zoning and land use matters. Prior to joining Braun & Rich, PC, Matt served as the Director of Zoning and Urban Development for the 43rd Ward Alderman of the City of Chicago. There, Matt worked on some of Chicago’s biggest real estate projects, including the redevelopment of the former Children’s Memorial Hospital site, among others.
Prior to his position with the City, Matt was an associate attorney at Richmond Breslin LLP and McCormick Braun Friman LLC working on all facets of residential and commercial real estate.
